Think of the progression like this:

In Level 2, you don't need to understand every word immediately.

First, try to understand the main idea.

Then look at the vocabulary.

Finally, read the paragraph again.

This three-step method helps you gradually depend less on Roman Hindi and English.

Step 1 — Look at the Hindi

Don't worry about speed.

मेरा घर बहुत सुंदर है। मेरे घर में तीन कमरे हैं। एक कमरा मेरा है और एक कमरा मेरे माता-पिता का है। घर में एक रसोई और एक छोटा बाथरूम भी है।

मेरे कमरे में एक बिस्तर, एक मेज़ और एक कुर्सी है। खिड़की के पास एक छोटा पौधा है। मुझे अपने कमरे में पढ़ना और किताबें पढ़ना बहुत पसंद है।

Mera Ghar

Mera ghar bahut sundar hai. Mere ghar mein teen kamre hain. Ek kamra mera hai aur ek kamra mere mata-pita ka hai. Ghar mein ek rasoi aur ek chhota bathroom bhi hai.

Mere kamre mein ek bistar, ek mez aur ek kursi hai. Khidki ke paas ek chhota paudha hai. Mujhe apne kamre mein padhna aur kitaaben padhna bahut pasand hai.

Hamara ghar bahut shaant hai. Shaam ko hum sabhi parivaar ke saath baithte hain aur baatein karte hain. Mujhe apna ghar bahut pasand hai.

My Home

My home is very beautiful. There are three rooms in my home. One room is mine and one room belongs to my parents. There is also a kitchen and a small bathroom in the house.

There is a bed, a table, and a chair in my room. There is a small plant near the window. I really like studying and reading books in my room.

Our home is very peaceful. In the evening, we all sit together as a family and talk. I like my home very much.

Instead of translating every word separately, let's understand the paragraph in small pieces.
